This entertaining and informative presentation looks at the many characteristics associated with the various positions in the family, from parents to siblings. Participants will gain a better understanding of the styles of their children’s behavior, how birth order informs it, and how to avoid potential conflict between the parents' styles of behavior and those of their children. He will identify many of the characteristics associated with the oldest, only, next to the oldest, middle and youngest in the family and look at better ways to use the positive characteristics of each position.
Jack Agati is a presenter and trainer in the area of human relations and management. Jack is a graduate of West Virginia University with a Master's degree in Counseling and has done post-graduate work at the University of Vermont. Prior to becoming a presenter, Jack worked for over fifteen years in public education as a counselor and Director of Student Services. He has also held management positions in the private sector.
